What services are you offering?

Initially, we will be offering Live Video Calls. As more celebrities join our platform, we will be increasing our available services to include personal appearances, local and nationally, on-site auction where celebrities can auction off personal items, product promotions and more…

How much will you charge for these services?

You will set your own fees.

How often do I have to be available?

You set your own schedule. There will be a calendar on your page where you can choose your availability. When fans visit your page, they will see what dates and times you are available.

How long do the video calls last?

For maximum client enjoyment, we suggest at least 30-minute calls.  Depending on the situation and occasion, longer calls can be scheduled. You would charge a higher fee for longer calls.

Can I schedule more than one person at a time for video calls?

Yes, you can book multiple paying fans at the same time. As an example, Jasmine likes to cook.  Jasmine could have 6 paying fans on a live video call while she is preparing a meal.  “Party” video calls could be a huge money maker for you.  We will be here to help you with ideas.

How does Booking Reality Stars make money? 

We are paid 15% of the amount you earn through our website.

Will you help me set up an online store?

Yes, we have access to a wide range of products you can personalize and sell through an online store; we will set up for you. 

How much do you charge to set up my online store?

Setting up your store will cost you nothing.  We collect 15% of the sales after expenses.

What if I already have an online store, will I have to pay anything to Booking Reality Stars if I promote it on Booking Reality Stars website?

No, you do not have to pay us anything if you already have an online store.  You are welcome to promote it on your page. 

Will clients be given my personal information to set up live video calls or any other service.

We will NOT give your information to any clients unless special circumstances apply and only then it would be with your written consent.   The times when these instances might occur would be if you book personal appearances to events and needed to have direct communication to fulfill your obligations.

What happens during a video call if someone is rude or acts inappropriately?   

All clients are given a “Rules of Conduct” they must agree to prior to scheduling a video call.  It clearly states their responsibilities and expectations.  If you feel the client is being rude or inappropriate, you can disconnect the call immediately. They will be BANNED from the site. 

Would I still get paid if I cancel a video call due to inappropriate conduct by the client?

A client has 24 hours from the time of the reported violation to request a review. If a request is made, we will review the reported violation.  We may request a brief written statement from you regarding the matter.
